L’Entité Nexus inc., which operates ARCOM Canada, explains how information associated with visits to arcomcanada.com and initial enquiries is handled. Last updated: October 22, 2026.
1. Operator and person in charge of personal information
The website is operated by L’Entité Nexus inc., a corporation, Québec enterprise number (NEQ) 1182322496, with its registered office at 1500 Boulevard Shevchenko, Montréal, Québec H8N 1P1, Canada.
The person in charge of personal information is Jarod Idir, President. For a question, request or complaint about your personal information: arcomcanada@proton.me. You may also write to him at the registered office, stating the purpose of your request.
2. Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address, the message and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please limit your first message to your business contact details and a general description of your needs.
The contact tool prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not send the information entered to a server and does not send any message automatically. You decide whether to send the email from your application.
3. Technical information and preferences
Website hosting may involve processing technical information, such as an IP address, connection time or browser information, to deliver the service, prevent abuse and address technical incidents. These activities are also governed by the hosting provider’s terms.
This website does not include analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking tools. The choice you make in the preferences window is stored only in your browser’s local storage, with a timestamp and a six-month validity period. It is not used to identify you for advertising.
4. Purposes
Information received is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether an engagement is possible, prepare discussions and, if an engagement is agreed, administer it. Where necessary, it is also used to protect communications, establish our rights and meet applicable obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unsolicited promotional messages. An initial enquiry does not create an engagement.
5. Access, service providers and retention
Matters are handled separately. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to handle the enquiry or perform the engagement. Materials submitted for a matter are not disclosed to another participant without appropriate authorization, except where legally required.
Hosting and email services may involve processing outside Québec or your country. Arrangements for sensitive exchanges and authorized recipients should be agreed before information is sent.
Materials are retained for as long as needed to perform the services, then destroyed or rendered non-identifying as appropriate, subject to legal retention obligations and legitimate evidentiary needs. Correspondence is kept according to its usefulness for the enquiry or engagement. Illegally obtained material is refused and its deletion is handled subject to any contrary legal obligation. The browser preference expires after six months and can be removed sooner.
6. Protecting communications
We apply reasonable measures in light of the sensitivity of the information involved. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, identity documents, sensitive information about another person or confidential files in an initial message. A suitable channel can be agreed before any detailed disclosure.
7. Your rights and requests
You may request access to or correction of your information, withdrawal of consent, and deletion, objection to optional processing or provision in a structured format where applicable law permits. Certain obligations may justify retention despite a request. We may verify your identity proportionately before responding.
Address your request to Jarod Idir at arcomcanada@proton.me and explain its purpose. A written access or correction request is answered diligently and no later than 30 days after receipt, under applicable rules. Other requests are considered within the periods required by applicable law.
You can change your browser choice at any time through “Manage cookies” in the footer. Questions or complaints about this policy may be directed to the same person.
8. Updates
This policy may change if the website’s features or processing activities change. The update date identifies the published version. Any new optional tracking purpose will require appropriate information and a choice before activation.
